Tēnā koutou, The Sommerville Community Links Programme “Te Hapori” strives to develop confidence and independence through a challenging and supportive environment.
We aim to deliver a balanced curriculum with opportunities for young adults to make a successful transition out of school.
We value, respect, and celebrate diversity of all our backgrounds that make us individuals, capable of whatever we set our minds to.
A massive thank you to Fiona for all your help this year. We have all grown so much through the digital world and we will be forever greatful. We all can't wait to see what new learning we will be part of next year!
