Te Hapori - Community Links Sommerville

Tēnā koutou, The Sommerville Community Links Programme “Te Hapori” strives to develop confidence and independence through a challenging and supportive environment. We aim to deliver a balanced curriculum with opportunities for young adults to make a successful transition out of school. We value, respect, and celebrate diversity of all our backgrounds that make us individuals, capable of whatever we set our minds to.
